Amenities at Potter Pond
Potter Pond is an environmentally and socially pleasant place to live. If you lived here, your grass would be mowed and your snow would be shoveled and plowed. Your trees and shrubs would be pruned and your gardens tended. You would have a full-time property manager who makes sure the contractors are keeping up, and who is always available to answer questions and to advise homeowners about the exterior conditions of their homes.

If you like to walk, run or bike, we have a winding road that is nearly traffic-free and that allows residents to stroll or exercise, by foot or by pedal, in the midst of a beautiful, quiet, and well-tended, natural environment.

If you like to hike, there are trails in the Western Greenway, which borders on Potter Pond.

If you like to socialize, there are tables, chairs, and umbrellas in our community space, where you can sit surrounded by raised-bed gardens, and talk, read, or watch others play games.

If you want to be more active, you can play tennis, pickleball, or basketball.

If you like to read, we even have a book swap.

And to help residents communicate, we have a group chat set up, called the “Virtual Square”, and an Association website.
